preposition - a word that shows a relationship between a noun or pronoun and other words in a sentence.

Prepositional phrase - a group of words made up of a preposition, an object, and adjectives and adverbs that describe the object.

Object of a preposition - the noun or pronoun that follows the preposition in a prepositional phrase.
