Run-on sentence - two or more ideas written as one without proper punctuation or conjunctions.

comma fault - use of commas rather than end punctuation to separate sentences.

The Bowling Team

My parents bowl on Mondays with their best friends, Jim and Maureen Janoski. The name of their team is the "Pitiful Four." According to my dad, the team is living up to its name. So far, it is in last place. My mom keeps saying that they should practice, but the rest of the team refuses. "Why put pressure on ourselves?" said Maureen. "In last place, there's nowhere to go but up."
