retail - items that are for sale to the public
dealer - a business or individual that sells to the public
appliance - a piece of household equipment such as a toaster, an oven, a dishwasher, an electric mixer, or a microwave oven
advantage - a benefit or positive feature
disadvantage - an unfavorable condition or negative feature.
rebate- a return of part of a payment for a product.
