Vicky is a lifelong Alaskan who began working with YKSD in 1999. She spent many years as a teacher and principal in Minto and now serves as the Assistant Director of Assessments. Originally from Galena, she is a proud UAF alumna and holds a master’s degree from UAA. Vicky enjoys planning family gatherings, berry picking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Patty is the Assistant Superintendent for YKSD and supervises the 10 school sites. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Texas and a Master's degree in Educational Administration from Eastern New Mexico University. She has been a teacher, principal, special education director, and superintendent in New Mexico before moving to Alaska in 2013.
