Enrollment Reminder for Incoming Raven Families
We are so excited to welcome new and returning families to Raven Homeschool! To make the enrollment process smooth and stress-free, here are the steps you’ll need to complete:
Visit your current school and request a completed withdrawal form. If you have a middle or high school student please request a copy of their transcript or a copy of their current grades if the quarter has not ended.
Complete Raven’s online application (links below).
Sign your application. The application is not considered complete until it is signed by a legal parent or guardian.
Important Allotment Reminder:
The official school count period begins September 29th. To ensure your child receives their full allotment:
The withdrawal form from your current school must be dated no later than September 26th.
Your Raven application should be completed and signed no later than September 29th.
Forms dated after September 26th will result in a pro-rated allotment for this school year.

Re-Enrollment for the 2025-26 School Year
Re-Enrollment is available for the 25-26 school year for our current families, and we are excited to welcome returning students to Raven! Re-enroll your student today!
The information that follows will serve as a guide for re-enrolling your student:
Complete your application for the 25-26 school year.
Click the Re-enroll button next to your student’s name.
Click the Add Student button to enroll a new student.
Be sure to sign your application and complete the forms that show up on your Parent Dashboard to complete the process.
Your Advisory Teacher will work with you to complete your individual learning plans once the current school year has been completed.

Open Enrollment for the 2025-26 School Year
We are excited to welcome new students and families to Raven, and open enrollment is now available for the 25-26 school year! Enroll your student today!
The information that follows will serve as a guide for enrolling your student:
Create and Login to your Brightways account.
Complete your application for the 25-26 school year.
Click the Add Student button for each additional student you would like to enroll.
Be sure to sign your application and complete the forms that show up on your Parent Dashboard to complete the process.
Submit Required Documentation:
Birth Certificate
Transcript/Current Grade Report (unofficial is okay!)
Special Needs Paperwork (requires review by the Special Education Department)
Set up a meeting with your assigned Advisory Teacher, who will help you:
Complete the remaining enrollment paperwork.
Complete an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) for each student.
